Check out the better user interface, we’re now giving video status inline:
That hourglass to the right of the “low” link on the 2nd video indicates you’ll have to wait for the video to transcode. The lack of hourglass next to “high” and “stream” means the videos are available now.
This should save you guys some clicks and make the site easier to use. You all are the testing crew, so if you see errors or bad behavior report the bug and we’ll fix it up.
