Due to a lot of comments and feedback, I decided to post an update. I would like to begin by assuring everyone that we are continuing to read ALL feedback and comments that we receive. We are also continuing to work on site improvements. Given that TinyTube is currently powered by one developer that also works a full-time job to pay his rent, it is often difficult to respond to comments and site improvements can be slow. Please bear with us, and as explained previously, some of the features that are in the works include:
- Better and more generic web indexing, to keep our video records completely up to date, and allow us to quickly add desired video site (RedTube, Spankwire, etc). This is currently the #1 priority, and we hope to have video updates shortly.
- A completely revamped transcoding system that is far more reliable, and generic to support any video site. Along with this comes better preemptive detection of unavailable videos
- Higher resolution videos, for devices that support it
- Other back-end enhancements to improve performance, reliability and scalability
- Other features that are secret for now, but will make for a really cool surprise

Please fix pornotube. Everytime i do a search for newest content all i get are the same crappy old videos when i know the real pornotube is being updated every day. Pornotube used to work fine, but for the past 3 months its been broken??!?

Nice. You’ve done a great work until now. But, when you can, please fix xtube to mantain Tinytube the great tool that it already is.

TinyTube is finished. Stop requesting for more improvements when it obviously will not happen.
What we need are alternative sites to this wretched wasteland. Start naming them and maybe this blog can be useful.

I wonder if Tinytube administration is refusing to accept the advertising revenue from all the ringtone, dating, etc sites listed here while improvements are being made. Me thinks not! NOT lol.
